Give Mercenary Frenzy
I doubt this will cause problems because Tactical Mercenary's can abuse strength while having good defenses and reroute.
And Mercenary's need support to be able to have reasonable armor so it's not like they can abuse strength for it.

This should be in the balance section of the site for starters.

Second merc's have static smash, and blood commander. This would make strength Merc very powerful, or even support merc since they can get a super boost from a supercharged blood commander and combine it with frenzy so In all honestly it sound like a bad idea.
