@megakyle Well it's monthly rare, so it's probably a lot better than some other months where there were like 8 rares a month.

Strange that Nulgath expects to be able to splurge his time on one-shot characters while his Oversoul schedule keeps slipping. Well, at least he's optimistic. That's good. I'll just wait another week and hope that something I like pops up. I'm glad the CC is recycling "soon", since I could use some more Water cards. Now if only Nulgath can get a coder to work on the game, so we can get those combo bonuses that were promised "soon" some time back...

I like to think the monthly rare character will be like the Star Captain Monthly Mechs from MQ. Except not perma rare and with a different version to be caught after the month is up

Nulgath does like to avoid perma rares, so it is quite possible that there will be characters only available during 1 month of the year and will come back again the same month every year and each month having its own set of characters.

Well, he was also in plain Solace random PvE. He also used to be in the Revontheus area, but seeing as that area's rare, well... xP I'll look around. Wouldn't mind having another Abberant, ahaha.

That's a random forest patch now, so it has all the characters as it was in the former Solace PvE, and Inn PvE. Gonna wait for Rin Rin to confirm xD

They're also in Solace PvE, but the chances are way lower. Just take the cemetery route XD

Oh, by the way, Headless Horseman is indeed at the Graveyard like the other 2 Halloween seasonals. I can confirm that they're there, and just like the old times, they are very easy to encounter, but hard to catch xP

I'm happy that there aren't a lot of perma rares. A little disappointed with today's release, but since he confirmed we'll be getting evolutions next week, I'm fine with that. Also, I'm not being greedy, but I'm really curious if Founders get something (like maybe a few SGs like in ED)?

No more bonuses will be released for Founders ever. It's been confirmed by the staff and testers, and the AKs don't like us bringing it up. So no special SGs or anything for Founders.

ok this is strange so i evolved abber to the last form and i just fought him again but i dont have his apprentice form but when i tried to possess him it says i have him already..

Well, I guess this was quite unexpected but at least it was promised for the rank up evolution release next week. Since I already got every single Halloween characters last year, I will focus on other game while of course focus on training some characters.

You should be able to get his apprentice form since you don't have it. It must either be a bug or you forgot that you already have it in your character inventory.

Monthly rare Character release? Sounds nice but its rare! Hopefully it won't be hard too encounter or possess otherwise this will be a problem.

That's the part where everyone is unsure about. IMO, Nulgath hate permanent rare and he does so its most likely it will be like a "seasonal" rare character. But its like what sage had mentioned:

This would mean like a character is release on November 2013, so he will be rare for a year and return again next year November 2014. I guess not only will the same character will return next year but another new character will be release next year November 2014 and so both of the character will return again on November 2015 along with another 1 new character. The trend will repeat itself. Its my own speculation so don't quote me on that. But nulgath do hate permanent rare so its possible he won't make it permanent rare.
