I have seen suggestions for out of battle buddy and report buttons due to not being able to add people during the fight. both of these suggestions can easily be coded as one suggestion. Make it so that when a person dies in battle their status bar stays on screen but with 0 hp and ep to show the person is dead. this way we can add or report them even after they die.
