I actually beat 3 level 40's when I was at level 37 myself one with luck and 2 of them without it so while it is uphill it isn't impossible.

Because even if you chances of winning are slim you still have a chance to win. Also if you lose without refreshing you still get EXP which will bring you closer to leveling up as well as credits where as if you run you get nothing unless you run 5 times which will get you a nice temp ban for running.

Personality I feel they should have never added 4 levels at once in the first place. One level would have surfaced and the adding of the legendary stats with the game population like this was a horrible idea. Especially since this caters to only the hardcore players who are 5-10% of the community.

It wouldn't be so bad if all these players didn't use the same builds due to bad balance. I remember in the past fighting against higher level players and sometimes winning since there was more variety however now it is so lacking.

I said this before and I will say it again. If they do this as while some players will get fights, others will be left waiting which in turn will also cause them to quit due to wait times. This will especially hurt those players who are in time zone where the server numbers are extremely low because those numbers can sometimes go as low as 200-300 which is also a problem. While may be a nuisance to player who play during peak hours players who can only play during those times when the player levels are low will get a bad experience.
While I agree something needs to be done, doing this when we both know the player pool is at it's lowest would also be like using a knife to cut the thread that is the game of epic duel.
