Now 2v2 battles have some very obvious problems, but the sad thing is I'd rather wait for a 2v2 battle than do a 1v1 battle at this point. The question generally isn't who am I going to be facing? It is which tank/dex abuse mage will I be getting trampled by? I am using a strength bounty hunter which is supposed to be able to deal with this exact thing, but I find that after they overcharge stun me followed by plasma rain, I am lucky to have 100 health left, which means my first turn is spent healing, before I can even smoke or bloodmark. Something seriously needs to be done to stop these same build mages that rule both 1v1 and 2v2.

They are weak if they do not have energy.

You can emp, frost shards and use the gen drain on the energy plus the energy drain core on the armour. Then all they can do is strike.

They battery you emp, its that simple.

If you cant kill them 1 vs 1 then your just a burden to your partner in 2 vs 2 .

About time you change class or get a better strategy.

I have the emp but no credits for the cores you mentioned. I know that is part of the problem too, but I refuse to become a mage just so I can beat them. -_-

Good, you know the solution. All you need to do is save up some credits and then beat the hell outta them :D

yup. only gotta save up 20k credits. [:)] Now I see how varium gets sold. You can either get pwned repeatedly till you can afford the cores you need to defeat the main build of the game.... or buy varium. lol

Hmm 20k is fairly easy to accumulate. Moreover your losses don't count.

There is a very easy way to beat them tho. Get high health. Low strength, about 900 energy and spam poison.

Scarlet i know your problem , same happens with me , Im a tlm with str poison build , even with base 21 support the opposite tm gets the first chance tht really isnt the problem , their first move is overload which either stuns you or not , mostly does , secondly them use plasma rain or battery or assimi , if plasma rain we needa heal or either way heal is the only option , being a tlm there are no energy stealing moves and nobody really would get a club on a str build only to take enemies energy out....so they r really op on STUN and BLOCK ..... but probably the poison helps me a lot to win.....

@king bling idk if this works at higher levels but my level 17 tlm is a support poison build, im blowing most dex mages out of the water, get a high hp say around 950 for my level, rest on support.
Turn 1:poison
turn 2:your stunned so oh well/if not heal
turn 3: heal
turn 4:poison
turn 5:aux/artillery
turn 6:aux/artillery/heal if you didn't on turn 3

I kill dex mages that are higher level than me such as level 21 and 20 dex mages.

^My alt build was similar to that. It got me 90% ratios in 1vs1 when I was L25ish until I hit L.38. Its not as good in 2vs2 but it is amazing in 1vs1. Very good win ratios.
I used STR and Celtic Cleaver to pwn those so called OP dex mages easily as a TLM poison build. My build as well as those similar to it really shine at around the L30s range. I made a 96% ratio with 50 wins 2 losses at 35.
