 Massacre:  Does not have a side effect
 Battery Backup: A tank gets too much energy even when little damage is taken. Together with Assimilation, they become a too powerful energy drain-&-gain combo.
 Mark of Blood: Shouldn't give health on usage
 Static Charge: Cooldown is unreasonable for how much energy it actually grants you.
 Field Medic: Preferably improves slightly with support with a cap.
 Plasma/Mineral Armor:  Too costy for its effect
 Energy Parasite:  A warmup
