What about we actually reward people for playing the game (once per week) or maybe once per month (week preferably) as appreciation for being commited to the game?

It could be like the daily login system in AQW. But to be more fair with the inflated ED prices, how about make it so that you need to complete consecutive daily mission chains in a week to get a prize.

Like maybe if you do daily missions for 5 days in a row, you get 3 arcade tokens and etc.

This is input from a player who quit playing ED and rarely gets on:

Arcade tokens and tiny little things like that wouldn't motivate me to log on daily. It's more like a way to get already hooked players even more hooked. What would get me to come back would be the introduction of something new which completely changed the current meta and battle mechanics.

Supported. I want sign in bonuses and pvp activity bonuses.

Perhaps if you play 50 matches in a week you get 1000 cred.

50 Creds for the first battle of the day as a sign in bonus

I agree with Exploding Penguin. Having something new and exciting for new players to be attracted to would benefit ED. It's kind of like a Hook sentence, they see something cool they like, so they keep reading, or playing.

This sounds more like bribing the players to login than to enjoy the game. Not something I had support.

I feel rewarding dedicated players would be great.
What should be rewarded?
Maybe stat cores weekly since these are limited on charges.
Or place the dedicated monthly players in a drawing for 1 monthly prize give away
Or a spin the wheel coin that rewards 1 of 10 prizes that are only obtainable by spinning the wheel.

Maybe the more days you get on per month, consecutively, the better the reward will be? Example: Credits, weapons, exclusive armors, etc.

Imo you should actually have to do something, and not just log in. Like, anyone can click "Login" everyday until they get a specific prize.

How about checking out the game Wartune and see just how much you have to do to get credit, hmm?
Or just compare it to AQW..including the amount of players. Now I'm not saying to basically repeat those games, I'm just saying to step it up. I understand that its difficult, but in order to attract..you must have a magnetic force..if you cacth my drift. ;)

ED has followed the trend of AQW and as a result of following that trend we lost a lot of people. The game followed that trend in the form of making Epic duel a game based on planning and thinking into a dress up game.

I say this because before omega all weapons were unique in stats. No however that isn't the cause seeing as all items (outside of robots) are identical to each other outside of exclusive cores.

As for the suggestion itself not supported.

With the way this idea is I would get rewarded just for logging into the game for X amount of time every day and leaving which to be honest is an insult to everyone who plays the game and does stuff. I personally can't support getting rewarded just for logging in.

I really said nothing of the weapons and bots and what not....that stuff is no big whoop. I talking about the BIG thing like maps and a STORM of missions(redo-able) and new NPCs with back stories and missions for those stories. Maybe increase the difficulties of some missions and at the same time increasing the reward (experience, credits, etc.) Why else would there be more people playing AQW and Wartune? More things to do=more people. Everyone wins [;)]

The only real way to get the game back on it's feet is to do the following

1 Fix the matchmaking issues
2 Fix the balance issues

3 Keep the promises that they made when they unleashed epic duel omega.

If the staff did these three things then we would be able to keep people and those who are waiting still would come back into the game.

Cause otherwise even with your suggestions the original issues that have been around since Alpha will still be here, and people will still be upset and quit.
