Aggressive Negotiations
Location: Planet Thoh - Frostval '14 -> This Years Event -> Kringle -> Quests -> Negotiations
Objective: What could the Queen be planning?
Requirements: Completion of Prototype Run

Kringle: They stole my prototype? That's horrible! It must be retrieved! Mr. Z cannot have it.
<You>: But what is it? Why can Mr. Z not have the prototype?
Kringle: Didn't I tell you already? Keep up!
Kringle: It's a new type of starship drive that triples the speed ships can go. This means exploration of planets further out in the universe is possible.
Kringle: I was making this because there have been rumors of events occurring in the far planets.
Kringle: I do believe that it would be best if Soluna would be able to reach them. Image if Mr. Z got the technology first?
Kringle: All the ruined planets sacrificed his greed for money.
Kringle: Their natural resources would be plundered for some gimmick he could sell just like he had tried to do to Frostvale Village before!
Kringle: No, this can't happen. I won't let it happen.
Kringle: <You>, go to Queen Kalina. Make her listen and understand.
Kringle: We need that prototype back. Promise her that we will rescue her sister, but that the prototype must not reach Mr. Z's hands.
<You>: I'm on it. She'll listen, even if I must resort to aggressive negotiations.
Kringle: Aggressive negotiations?
<You>: Negotiations that occur after peaceful negotiations fail.
Kringle: Oh dear, I do hope you won't have to resort to that!
Kringle: But you need to get a move on it, the more time wasted, the more time there is for Queen Kalina to send the prototype to Mr. Z.
<You>: Got it. I'm off!
<You>: There are a few more guards on the outskirts than before. I'll need to take them down.
(After fighting guards:)
Queen Kalina: What is all that noise?
???: According to the sensors, we have an intruder, Your Majesty.
???: My air squadron just informed me it is a single human. There are several downed L.D.D. Guards.
???: What? That human took down some of my soldiers? Oh, that's it. Your majesty, permission to attack?
Queen Kalina: Commander Saxifrage, do you believe this human is a security threat?
Saxifrage: Yes, Your majesty.
Queen Kalina: Then it is clear. Commander Vixen, remove the threat.
Queen Kalina: Commander Blizzard, scout around the tent to ensure there are no other intruders.
Queen Kalina: Commander Saxifrage will stay here to guard me.
Queen Kalina: We are so close. Mr. Z emissary will be here within the hour for the prototype.
Blizzard: Yes, Your Majesty!
Vixen: Yes, Your Majesty!
Saxifrage: Yes, Your Majesty!
<You>: Uh oh, looks like we're going straight to aggressive negotiations.
(After battling Vixen:)
Blizzard: No, Vixen! Saxifrage, she's down.
Blizzard: There's no one else with her. I'm engaging the intruder!
<You>: No, wait! I just want to talk!
(After defeating Blizzard:)
Saxifrage: You may have beat the others, human, but you will never harm my queen while I'm still standing!
(After defeating Saxifrage:)
<You>: Please, Your Majesty! I just want to talk!
Queen Kalina: You have hurt many of my people and defeated my three Defense Division commanders. How can I believe you now?
<You>: I'm sorry for hurting them, but I had to speak with you! Please listen!
<You>: That prototype you stole is a spaceship drive that allows ships to travel three times faster.
<You>: It would be the ruin of the galaxy if Mr. Z got this technology first! Please, return it!
<You>: I know you are being blackmailed by Mr. Z and that he has your sister. I will get her back.
Queen Kalina: That's what the greedy little creep wants? That will not do at all, but I cannot lose my sister. I have an idea, but you'll have to trust me human.
<You>: I will, Your Majesty. My name is <You>. Thank you for understanding.
