Dialogue
Fishin Impossible

Fish Lord: Greetings, <Character>.
Fish Lord: Thine righteous ritual of summoning hath been observed.
Fish Lord: Mine debt repaid, I shall return to the depths from whence I came to slumber for millennia to come.
Fish Lord: Do pass mine greetings to thine cat friend. Fare thee well.

Efficient Housework

???: What nonsense is this? Thoust dare to refer to me so uncouthly?

Fish Lord: Tis I! The Fish Lord! Temporarily inconvenienced yet splendorous all the same!

Fish Lord: Such impertinence! I know not how I came upon mine current form, but I am the Fish Lord all the same!

Fish Lord: I remember settling down to mine slumber, prepared to unwake until the next prophesied summon...
Fish Lord: ... When mine eyes opened and I was such entombed!

Fish Lord: Tis!

Fish Lord: And what of mine fate? If thou must take this receptacle, take mine form with thee.
Fish Lord: Thine cat friend mayhaps can help with mine... predicament.

Fish Lord: No. Something unnatural is coming to thine village. What has happened to me is only the beginning. I canst feel it in mine fins.

Fish Lord: I do. Onward, squire! Destiny awaits!

The Mayoral Menagerie

Fish Lord: Greetings, <Character>!

Fish Lord: Nay, thou must not doubt thine senses!
Fish Lord: Verily—

Fish Lord: No, not ye!
Fish Lord: Verily, I say, thou art here to bring safety to this accursed hamlet!

Fish Lord: If thoust rememberest, the mayor had a veritable—

Fish Lord: No, I did not say your name!
Fish Lord: —a veritable hoard of treasures and artifacts in his home.
Fish Lord: My suspicions would begin with him.

Fish Lord: Indeed!

Fish Lord: Indeed!

De-Bugging

Fish Lord: Quiet! Verlyrus must focus!

Fish Lord: Well done!

Fish Lord: It would be polite.

Fish Lord: 'Tis sufficient.

Fish Lord: Thine feline friend is a cat of many talents.

Fish Lord: A mission of the most vitalest importance! The very fate of this town restesths on thine shoulders...ses!

A Fowl Feast

Fish Lord: Well done! Thou hast unearthed an incredible discovery!

Fish Lord: Not... quite.
Fish Lord: The sealed passage before us encloses a terrible being, trapp'd within reflections of crystal.

Fish Lord: None other.

Fish Lord: Legend says that in Amityvale's distant past, a group of exiles fleeing some far away conflict settled in these very caves.

Fish Lord: Indeed. Alongside their culture and techniques from across the ocean, they also brought their dreams.

Fish Lord: Forsooth, for their dreams brought the Unraveler. And the Unraveler brought destruction.

Fish Lord: After the weavers were wiped out, the Unraveler was not sated. And before long, it began feeding upon the people above.

Fish Lord: When all seemed lost, three legendary guardians of the forest appeared.

Fish Lord: Together, the mighty lords fought the Unraveler, diving into dream and nightmare and beyond!
Fish Lord: And though their powers waned greatly toward the end, they succeeded in trapping the Unraveler in a prison of reflective crystal.
Fish Lord: The heart of that prison lays behind this door, which may only be opened by the grace of the three Lords.
Fish Lord: And though diminished, it's said that those three Lords keep their watch over these lands even to this day.

Lord of the Waters: But... How? How did thou determine my divine presence?! My disguise was nigh impenetrable!

Lord of the Waters: Such perceptivity! Astounding!
Lord of the Waters: Alas, they have not been seen for an age. We have no leads.
Lord of the Waters: Such a divine presence would be unmistakable...

Lord of the Waters: Alas, 'tis grave news! For chickens, the brave folk that they are, were once hunted to the brink of extinction on this continent!
Lord of the Waters: For their flesh and eggs were too delicious, and their feathers too useful for myriad purposes!
Lord of the Waters: It was only due to King Alteon's efforts that chicken populations have increased to sustainable levels once more.
Lord of the Waters: But such a feast at this time is irresponsible! Reprehensible!

Lord of the Waters: Make haste, hero! I have been informed that the proceedings have already begunst!
Lord of the Waters: Perhaps if thou savest as many of the feathered folk as thou canst, thou wilt earn the favor and audience of the Lord of the Air!
