Silver Sky Magician -> Specific gifting hours (12/11/2015 21:28:06) Gifting could only be available four times a day for two hours each, perhaps at 3 AM, 3 PM, 9 AM and 9 PM server time. Outside of these times, the gifting option will be disabled. This will allow a critical mass of people to gather more easily so people don't have to wait so long to receive or give gifts. It will also promote PvP outside of these times, especially in the hours just before and after the gifting times. The sense of predictability will also encourage healthier playing as players don't feel the urge to camp in front of their computers all day. Thoughts on this suggestion?

How about making it so that when people gift if you are in the same room as the person you get the gift regradless of the world? This would make it just that much easier for people who want to get gifts and it would destroy the all mighty 'try to force you way into said world' due to this.
