What if when you are at 2vs2 and your partner leaves this happen:
The name of the character turns red and you are allow to use both characters (your own account and the account of the player that have left the game).
If both players leave the characters disappear like always. Also this happen if one player has died and has left the battle, and the one who is alive leaves the game.
If this was implemented, when a player left your battle wont be ruined. Moreover players of the same faction wont leave the fight when they are in different teams because the other player will control the character. The only way of leting his friend win easy is just being afk, but they wont do that because it will take a lot more.

Moved to ED Suggestions. ~WhiteTiger

Oh I definitely support, just might absolutely be flash limitations. Maybe, even simpler, we should have a "Nuke" Feature. What this feature does is that upon leaving a battle or disconnecting, your character explodes (if you still got hp) and cuts your opponents hp in half. That way your partner still gets a chance without everything being unfair.

This seems simpler and shouldn't have as much limitations.

If not that then option 2 is to simply grant the players partner a bonus on each stat equivalent to the round (capped at 15). If your partner dcs on round 5, you get +5 on all stats. If he dcs on round 20, you get +15 on all stats. Its 2v1, I don't see a problem with either suggestion

racing.lo.mas -> RE: IIvsII (1/2/2016 19:34:08)

I have seen this suggestion implemented in some games, I dont think there should be a flash limitations (but maybe I'm wrong, I dont even know how it works lol).
I like that suggestion because it doesnt change the 2vs2 figths, it will be like a normal fight, just except that on person will use both characters.
I think your first suggestion wont work, it might be abused or work bad.
If someone leaves on first turn (or just couldnt start the fight for a problem with the conection) both players will lose their heal but they will heal as fast as they can, unless you got something strong to use and kill one of them, it wont work.
If your partner leaves at the middle of the fight when both opponents have already healed, it might be so strong.
Example: You are support and next turn you have rage and multy. You are fighting 2 focus that had already heal and got all their health (900), your partner leaves and their health become 450. They wont heal and you will kill them on next turn.
Second suggestion would be like a underdog mode for 2vs2. Personally I dont like it , but might work, just if well thought.
Well if you are 1vs2 with 2 levels 40, you have an dissadvantage from 40 levels (and just if you have the same rank from one of your opponents and the other is rank 1). If underdog worked with a difference of 40 levels it would give 21 dex and tech, and 20 support and strength. In my oppinon I dont know if its enough.
And that would be with the minimum difference, how it would work if a rank 1 has to fight alone vs 2 ranks 80?
And it also can work bad, if one leaves at the middle of fight with nothing of health, almost dead, you will get a lot of stats enought to beat your opponents that might not be with all their energy and/or health.
Both suggestions can be abbused by trollers, friends or faction members. I'm fighting with a friend and we are losing or in a draw, so when I'm about to die I just leave and I let my friend win.
My suggestion would work in all cases, someone leave in the begging/middle/end of the fight and you just use that character without changing the fight

Well if there are no flash limitations, I completely support your idea.

Lord Machaar -> RE: IIvsII (1/2/2016 20:16:40)

Supported. One of the main reasons I no longer play 2vs2:
- Partners leaving the game.
- 2 High rank 40s against a level 38 with a level 40.
- Stupid partners.

So if this gets implemented, I might reconsider trying 2vs2 again. But for now, 2vs2 battle mode can literally give you a heart attack.

if when the player lost connection or leave the match, his character activate a bomb, jump on one opponent and explodes like the monkey bot killing both, turning it in a 1v1, it would be really cool and interesting. lol

edit:

also, when you partner skip his turn it could give you 10 secs to use move u partner character and avoid miss his turn or use the option suicide bomber mentioned above (both players still stay in game and get the win or losses exp/creds).

racing.lo.mas -> RE: IIvsII (1/3/2016 12:16:48)

That suggestions sounds cool, but they are imposible to put in game. Killing an opponent might be so strong, if you partner had low health and both of you cant heal, then he can sacrifice his character to kill one of you opponents. For the other hand, this can be bad for the player who lost his partner, if you had low health and your partner had all his health and he left: he will kill one, but if this thing atacks the worst target, would it worth it?
I support to let players atack with their partner character when they miss it, the only problem might be that this will take a lot of time. Maybe if your partner miss many turns (maybe 2) he gets disconect and you get the control of his character.

dfo99 -> RE: IIvsII (1/3/2016 12:51:50)

it is just a concept, i post this just for the devs study this possibility using their tests tools, they can set for example if you partner have 750 of hp and one of opponent have a str build with 1700 of hp, you partner disconnect or lost connection, and automaticly jump on one opponent (randomly or the one with less hp) if his health after an attack is 500, the damage in the str guy could be 66% of his hp (the str guy hp) inflicting 1700 - 66% = 1122 dmg (ignoring completly the defences). if he have more hp than 1122 he can survive.

racing.lo.mas -> RE: IIvsII (1/3/2016 14:54:39)

Anyway I see it so hard. What if you partner leave when its your turn, one of your opponents will lose a lot of health and then you can kill him easy.
