I recently upgraded to Guardian and I'm working through the quests in the Guardian Tower. I can't figure out the part where I have to activate the crystal. What do I do?

the part where your in the room with a guy and some big blue crystals?, click on the small ones(there are 4 surrounding the big one in the middle), plus i believe there are guides on the quest.
