Effects:
  • Comes in Melee/Ranged/Magic flavours.
  • The first cast charges the spell, while the second cast fires. This provides 600% Melee to work with.
  • -10 BtH lean, deals *(85/75) damage to compensate.
  • The attack deals -33.33% damage (-200% Melee) and attempts to make your foe Fragile (200 / 0.5 * (85 / 75) / 10 / 1.2 = -37.78*[Water Res]*[Hits]/6 END; permanent)*. The monster can resist at a +0 Save Bonus**:

  • The spell takes a further -4.167% damage (-25% Melee) and you gain Fragile potency +50 for zero turns, applied immediately before the attack.

    Appearance: On the first cast, a giant circular mouth with pointed teeth appears, consuming large quantities of water. In the second, amidst a storm, the same mouth unleashes large quantities of water to form a maelstrom, dealing the damage.
    Description: Legends speak of a sea monster who consumed and expelled huge quantities of water, producing violent maelstroms. This potent 2-turn spell functions was based on this legend, producing whirlpools powerful enough to leave your foe permanently fragile!

    Thanks to @JhyShy for suggesting I create something with this monster.

    Immortal Firebird of Wrath
    MC Fire Pet that targets HP and SP. Contains a skill that applies a permanent Fire Burn.

    Effects:
  • Deals -25% damage (10% Melee). All Burns deal +25% damage (this is halved because the pet can inflict burn, see below).
  • Regular attacks is 2 hits of Fire element damage. The first targets monster HP and deals 66.67% of the total damage (20% Melee). The second hit deals 33.33% of the total and targets SP (*1.125 damage for targeting SP). The latter hit is an "other" type attack.
  • MC Effect: Click the bird to spend 490 SP on a 2-hit skill that scales on CHA. This attack deals -25% damage and attempts to Burn the monster (50 / 0.5 / 10 * (85/85) / 10 = Power 1; Permanent). The monster can resist at a +0 Save Bonus*:

    Appearance: A large gothic cathedral is dropped from the sky onto the monster. As it hits, the building collapses and deals further damage.
    Description: If a sword won't get the job done, drop a cathedral your enemy instead! This inefficient attack will damage your foe, as well as leave them bleeding and broken!

    MC Healing Spell. Deals no damage, but provides Regeneration and Tenacious.

    Effects:
  • Deals zero damage.
  • 100% Melee of the spell's effect is used to provide Regeneration (renamed to 'Renewal'; 100 / 100 * (100 / 100) / 3 * 0.9 = 0.3 Power; 3 Turns).
  • MC Effect: There is a 25% chance it will also provide Regeneration to SP (Power: 10 / 100 * (100 / 100) / 3 * 0.9 / 0.25 = 0.12 power; 3 Turns).
  • Remaining 100% Melee provides the player with Tenacious (+105.3 END; 3 turns; renamed to 'Vitality')*.
  • Flavour Effect: On March 21st, The SP regeneration has a 100% chance of occurring instead. No downtrigger, as the effect is extremely specific.

    *Based on Tome of Oulbara.

    Appearance: A stained glass image of Eostre (pagan deity) appears behind the player. Orbs of light rise from below the player, healing them.
    Description: This spell is filled with the renewing power of Spring! Not only does it bring forth new growth, but it can also boost your vitality! On occasion, it can even regenerate your energy reserves!

  • Sacrifices enough damage to reach 140% Melee (accounting for the monster's Energy resistance) to apply a 1-turn player side Celerity (similar to Chrono Phoenix). If the monster's resistance is to low, the penalty is not applied and celerity not attempted.

    2) Spellwoven Sky Barrier
    Cost: 275 SP
  • Toggle. Whenever the player casts a spell, they pay an additional 75% Melee to gain +22.5 MRM Defence Boost for 2 turns (75*0.6/2 = 22.5).

    Appearance:
  • This, but replacing the hair with feathers.
  • Normal attack is 3 hits, with appropriate acrobatic movements (to fit the armour theme).
  • Featherbolt utilises further acrobatic movements to fire three bolts of energy shaped like feathers.
  • No animation for Spellwoven sky barrier.
    Description: Don the raiment of a powerful witch obsessed with all things avian! Not only will it allow you to improve your blocking with every spell cast, but it can fire bolts of energy so rapidly that you can strike more than once per turn!

    Description: The garb of a druid that fell into despair after the destruction of the forest they called home. Provides strong defences against Darkness, Earth and Fire, and can cast spells that can leave your foe burning and poisoned!

  • Ranged attacks/skills gain 4.25*100/5/4*0.9 = 19.125 BtH for 4 turns. Has an 'always useful' penalty due to the all elements (already worked into the numbers).

    Appearance: A red eye opens up over the player.
    Description: In times of crisis, a Ranger's ability to hit their mark becomes all the more important! With this skill, your chances of landing Ranged attacks markedly increase!

  • MC Effect: Compresses a toggle, paying 125% Melee in MP (653 MP). This deals 175% Melee damage and invests 50% Melee towards burning the monster (Fire element; 50/0.5/10*85/88/3 = 3.22 power; 3 turns). This has a +0 Save Bonus*:

    Cost: 147 SP (Melee/Ranged) / 245 SP (Magic).
  • 6-hit Water-element weapon-type attack, so receives *0.12625 elecomp (already factored into the above numbers). Overrides weapon specials. Treated as a "bow-type" attack, so hits as if dealing x1 damage.
  • This attack is also overcharged, so 250% melee baseline (again, already factored into the above numbers).
  • Deals 190% Melee normally. For each hit that crits, you heal 60/6/0.2 = 50% Melee in HP (175 HP at 150).

    2) Toxic Slime
    Cost: 98 SP
  • For each critical hit you land, inflict a 25/0.7/10*5/2/2/2*1.76216 = Power 3.933 Water Poison (2 turn duration). This heals your SP based on the damage dealt. The monster can save at a -20 Bonus*:

    Appearance: Something akin to this in blue slime (similar to slime barrier), carrying a sniper rifle.
    Description: No, this armour hasn't been sent to you from another world, but it does allow you to launch toxic slime at your foes! Direct hits (i.e., lucky strikes) will not only poison them, they'll regenerate your HP and SP too!

  • MC Effect: Seeks between Wind and Darkness. Double gold cost.
  • Flavour Effect: Deals -55% damage (122.2% Melee; attack deals 100% Melee damage). This is split in half (61.1% Melee each) to fuel two different effects: a 61.1/0.5/10*(85/85)/4 = Power: 3.055 Darkness/Wind Poison (Renamed to "Infection"; duration: 4 turns), and a 61.1/0.5/10*(85/85)/4 = Power: 3.055 Harm Poison (Renamed to "Rot"; duration: 4 turns). These are both saved separately at a +0 Bonus*:

    Description: This spell conjures forth a swarm of buzzards that seem to think your foe looks REALLY tasty! Not only will they help themselves... but their less than pleasant (and more usual) carrion diet will more than likely leave your foe infected with something nasty!
