how about release temporally sets (in ed case primary and sec weapons, armor and aux) which have a temporally duration like 100 battles for example with more stats than the usual for end game players?
this is an idea based on dragon set of f2p runescape, which had the rune set being the second best but permanent set and the dragon one which after 30 mins equiped it disappear (because their were rusted versions of the p2p runescape but have same stats and no special attacks). the stats was significantly higher than rune one but not enough to make the user undefeatable, but the price was around 15x more expensive due it's absolute extreme dificult to obtain being a f2p player and hard to p2p ones (p2p and f2p play in diferent servers but if a p2p stop the mensal payment their could use the f2p servers), so the ones who get it sell extremely over priced, but it were not overpowered equipaments.. they were far more detailed modeled than usual weapons.
