Currently the system is really bad. I just want to make some friend with other people but i can't do anything to find or talk to them while if we are not in buddy list.
For example: i was waiting in Tuna area, and i saw some guys from Australia with his faction Australia as well. I tried to add him but he suddenly left. I know his IGN but i unable to message him thru mailbox.
Please let's me send mail toward someone not in buddy list so we can communicate better. Also block option should be added if you don't want to be flooded by spam
