I suggest for every 100 HP you lose your chance to be hit with a crit is increased by 1%. Healing won't decrease this, the more they reduce your HP the more likely they'll crit you. Bye tanks.[:D]

This will moreso kill every build but tanks since tanks take the least damage so no ty
