so I have that building upgraded to level 20, it should give me 100% boost on all resource production however when I hover to lower left
hand corner, the menu shows me that the resource production did not get boosted at all?
Is this a bug or what am I missing

2. the void shop, I have beaten both mister frostoval and the shinyaro but the tab still says no shop unlocked.
how do I unlock the shops in there?

The boost doesn't show IIRC, but it's still being applied. You can try measuring it by checking how much resources you have at a given hour and then seeing again in the next hour.

I think there is simply no shop available in The Void rn.
