I've seen a few people with this and it doesn't show up as a wiki page, all I could find was a list of renamed/deleted pages with the weapon listed under it. Where did this thing come from?

The Ancient Shadow Spear of Nulgath is a custom kickstarter weapon iirc, from the 500$+ tiers. The Techno Spear of Nulgath and the Cyber Shadow Spear are basically the same though, just with the normal Shadow Spear animation instead of the Orbs and Lightning, and whatnot of the Ancient Shadow Spear.
