I usually use Elemental Unity Defender, for stats, and the ability being good with Blade of Awe. Also got Uaanta's charging blaster (90) and Vaal's ego.

What does the 7ES trinket do? it's stats are weaker than the best trinkets- does the ability make it worth it?

And what is the best trinket to use, in general? (I mostly use CW / DMK / RW).

The 7ES trinket applies +5 Boost to yourself and does 34 hits based on the Corrupted Seven's elements. 34 hits is a big deal as you can get some on-hit procs out of that.

The best trinket in general is Elemental Unity Defender as it offers +5 All, which is 1 All less than the Corrupted Seven. As for offense, it is a mix up of Defender's Cannon, Vaal's Ego and Uaanta's Charged Blaster.
