So I'm looking at the new Chaos Slayer armor, which seems very interesting for an FO mage. However, I've got a fairly solid set of armors so I'm not sure if I want to burn an UR box to grab one. With the Bloodmage armors covering several elements, that leaves Earth, Wind, and Energy. My no drop is Earth, while I also have Windter Warrior and Taladosian Robes. Do either of those really fall behind the others or should I give the CSC armors a pass?

Windter Warrior is not very meta, requiring a certain amount of preparation and capping at a fairly low damage bonus. It looks nice and it was great for its time, but it's getting a little outdated for meta mages.

I would suggest either switching it for the Chaos Cleric, or making wind your no-drop and getting Terra Bloodzerker for earth.
