im trying to get the "Inert Summon Gem - Reaver EX", so i got the "Summon Gem Setting - Reaver" but i couldn't the "Summon Gem - Reaver" so far by completing the fights.

Summon Gem - Reaver is a reward from https://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=17329454. There's a shop that requires a combination to open. The trinklet is from that shop. There are further instructions in the link.

Directions for it in 2 Leagues Under the Sea are:

Right -> Up -> Up -> Right -> Right -> Down through the whole -> Right -> Second Door -> Up. You can find the small chest there.
