Plutonium -> Pandora's Gaunlet: Pandora (EX) (3/21/2020 20:25:35)

Can it be completed without the bells and whistles of BiS Gear (by bells & whistles, I'm talking about Uragiri III, Defender Medal Accessories, Elemental Unity Defender XV, only have EUD I currently), is it best solo'd or with guest(s), and what, if any, extra food items are suited for this challenge? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
