Off the top of my head:
- White Knight Z. Has the strongest non-stackable skill in the game.
- Terror Eater. As a pure warrior, Werewolf would be the best subrace for you. Lvl 4 werewolf skill inflicts qc Fear - which can then be consumed via the weapon's Eat Fear skill for high damage. Works even better with CIT and Bloodzerkers/Beast Form, and can be imbued to deal damage of a different element.
- Imbues. They change the element of your next weapon attack or skill (not spell!) to a different element and often come withother nifty benefits. For example, you can use Fire Dragon Talon on Horo Show nuke to deal fire element with +50% damage bonus, Dragonslayer Aura to deal Void damage against dragons, or use Terror Fist with WKZ to get a powerful darkness nuke that also creates a set-up for next turn's Terror Eater nuke.
- For the past two years, the staff released New Year's Surprise spell (mp and sp versions) on Frostval, which gives you a qc accuracy boost.
- Other than that, I'd suggest putting your tokens into GGBs. There's a lot of great stuff for warriors in Rares and URs and even more comes out every month.
P.S. As token items have +10 PowerLevel, you can actually get everything at lvl 143.
