NDB -> NPC Bugs (6/14/2020 1:45:20)

1. The level 19 version of Arctic Guard did not get buffed along with the other NPCs last year. His current health and energy are 800 and 950. The level 14 version did recieve the buff and has 950 health and 1050 energy. Therefore, the level 19 version is now significantly weaker than the level 14 version, which does not make any sense. Interestingly enough, the level 19 Arctic Trainer was buffed but he only has 900 health and 1050 energy, which is also weaker than the level 14 Arctic Guard. This ought to be ironed out.
2. The level 4 Central Station City Guard is still level 3 on the map and when you click on him.
3. The Fortune City, Frysteland, and Dread Plains Ammo Depots are not listed on the map. Also, when war is active for a particular region, the Ammo Depot for that region no longer sells War Commanders. I believe at some point, it was made so that the Ammo Depots would not sell you bombs for the opposite alignment but this must have inadvertently made it so that they also do not sell War Commanders.
4. The Iron Husk achievement is not counting wins. I know that after the bug with the achievement was fixed, the people who already beat him were manually awarded the achievement which shows zero kills. However, even for people who are beating him after the bug was fixed, the achievement is not counting the wins.
