Does the armor's skill actually inflict Afraid? Just want to make sure because the skill's name is Panic. I can't remember if it is indeed an Afraid so I need to know before sinking so much gold into it.

Also, the armor's skill is useable with Terror Error correct? If so, which one would be doing more damage when using the Terror Nom skill, War's Afraid vs. Terror Rainment's Afraid?

War's Legacy's Panic inflicts Afraid not Panic, which is usable with Terror Eater.
One cast of Terror's Afraid grants 74.375% melee worth of Fear, War's Afraid is 100% melee.

Is the War's Panic Skill an auto-hit attempt? It's not listed so I'm assuming so.

Status conditions that require hits connect/attempted receive /.85*BtH Lean to compensate bringing them up to the same level as a status condition that doesn't require hits at all.
War's Panic, Call Mittens/Neko Waifer 's Paralysis are such no hit requirement equipment.
