I don't want to call this out as a typo necessarily, but I'm looking at the Snap skill for chaos weaver, in the description for it it says:

If the target's Max HP is between 3 and 5 times your Max HP, Soul Annihilation will activate if the target has less than or equal to 10% of its Max HP remaining.
If the target's Max HP is between 1 and 2 times your Max HP, Soul Annihilation will activate if the target has less than or equal to 20% of its Max HP remaining.
"
I've got an enemy that falls between the 2 times and 3 times my health... if its a typo, where does percent change at actually, if it is not a typo, where is that line?
