Rafiq von den Vielen -> Breeze Essences (8/31/2020 21:04:22) I'm trying to complete/catch up with my Frostval Storybook (am in the act that has Mogloween crossover-ing in). However I can't properly progress the Candy List quest or whatever it's called because the Breeze Essence I need to turn in simply isn't dropping anywhere. I've checked the pedia for drop locations, but Voltabolt apparently has had that drop removed and the other quest dropping it... just refuses to. I'm on said quest for 3 days on-and-off playing and never got an Essence once. Am I just being unlucky or is the pedia not 100% correct anymore on where they drop? Not even getting a Peculiar Visor took 3 days for me...

DemonicDarkwraith -> RE: Breeze Essences (8/31/2020 21:12:47) The old version of Voltabolt's Challenge was made retired on September 27, 2019, so you need to Belly of the Beast or The Sweetest Thing to try and get lucky to get a Breeze Essence.
