The Dual Wield revert shop in Nostalgiaquest was removed a while back, but you can always just use the Buyback Shop in Account Management to get back the single wield version, as well as any other AC tagged, equippable item (including house items) you get rid of in some manner, and it's actually quite useful for certain quests or getting back an item you merged into something else. Do keep in mind you still need to pay the original price for the item, but 0 AC items are literally free to pick back up. You will find the buyback shop on the left side menu.
