i been a bit busy and didnt get to finish the recent war quest that happened, it seems like its gone now though and i can't find it, can someone point me in the right direction?

It's in limbo at the moment. When it finally gets added to the quest hub, you'll find it in Warlic's -> Quests -> Dragonlorn Keep
