Requesting that when a person willingly leaves a faction they must wait a set period of time; based on how often the person leaves factions. This would prevent daily hires and alts to be used. Along with this request is the inability for a character with the same log-in cannot be in a faction together. Factions will have to genuinely recruit and have loyal members to help them contribute to their faction's cause.
