Hammer Grenade E x25 (Credits), Hammer Grenade P x25 (Credits), and Revitalization (Credits) are not removing the defenses from armor. I recall that this was also a problem when the Varium versions were released last year, and a hot fix had to be issued to resolve it (not in Design Notes, just a tweet https://twitter.com/Nightwraith_ED/status/1309658053143396353). Perhaps each core with this effect needs to be manually adjusted to work correctly?
