NDB -> Draconic Frost King's Will has 5 turn cooldown, not 4 (8/14/2021 0:24:59)
The DNs say Draconic Frost King's Will got a 4 turn cooldown (was previously not reusable). When I tested it, it had a 5 turn cooldown, which is the same as the cooldown for Infernal Surge. I'm not sure if it's a mistake on the DNs or if it really was meant to be 4 turns.
