if u toogle this on then your normal attacks to use str int and luck , and i am curently lvl 150 with str int , luck +250 and i use only melee weapons, so would this actually be better ? and how much would differ by just attacking normal?

Currently there'd be no difference. Force of the night (technically it's an effect called hybrid stats) is a deprecated effect, it's going to be removed from werepyre eventually (and it's been removed from certain items already).
