No actual list I can find at the moment.
Some recent panic causers I can find:
Wyrdflame is a spell/skill from the latest April Fools quest I believe.
Legionary armor seems to (I'm assuming this hasn't been changed and/or bugged to not work) attempt a panic infliction if you lose initiative while wearing it. It should be from the latest Frostval Gift Delivery quest.
The legionary weapons (same theme as the above armor) should be from the Frostval quest Decorate the Tree.
The legionary shield should be from the most recent Frostval quest that isn't the Tree or Delivery quest (at least, I think we only had the one quest this past Frostval). All the legionary stuff is light element iirc.
Olympax Pulverizer from the Olympax shop (I think at Paxia?). Comes in all 8 elements and melee/ranged/magic.
The Typhon shard FD armors (one darkness, one water) from last year's Pride quest. If you don't have the painting, they should be coming back in around 1-3 weeks.
