Rastaban -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/21/2025 13:47:34)

I do not comprehend this house item.

CarrionSpike -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/21/2025 16:31:04)

Yeah, seems a bit redundant. I'm sure something will be done to make it more appealing.

Rastaban -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/21/2025 19:45:52)

I would be willing to buy one if it could also heal SP depending on the costs and upkeep.

Jakau Ryuu -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/22/2025 0:31:32)

Yeah, I've been mulling this over since the email came in, and I don't really see the vision here either. Homes already have the passive heal upon entering, and the bed-click full heal, not to mention all the healing options in town as pointed out in detail in the other thread. Adding another one - that costs premium currency and an investment in time and resources to even turn into a full heal, and which occupies an estate slot that could instead be spent on another resource generator or a more practical QoL building - seems... with all respect, remarkably poorly-considered, at least as pitched here.

I don't mean to be negative (edit: especially considering it looks to use new art, and as a hobby musician and artist myself I have an idea of how much time that must have taken), but I really hope there's more to this building than described here.

Also, since we're talking estate stuff, the stat scaling for the "new building" battles is super off these days. The characters on my second account are basically walled out of getting a Trading Hut because New Worker Kabroz' total initiative mod and spell damage are so obscenely high (over 600 DEX and almost 700 INT at 150, not to mention his over-10k HP, what looks to be six to eight casts before running out of MP when each single cast consistently does thousands of damage vs end-game resists, and near-600 CHA making him even harder to shut down with statuses if you somehow act first or survive his initial salvo); some of the other workers are almost as brutal, whereas the rest are one-click-brain-off easy to the point they may as well not exist. I understand that would take time and effort to re-work, and players are in the grand scheme of the game almost never going to interact with the New Worker system, so I'm not expecting it anytime soon, but it's tangentially relevant to the current release and it's been an issue for quite some time.

Ninjaty -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/23/2025 5:25:48)

Initially when I looked at the image of Drakonnan's Fury and saw the dragon head, I was disappointed that it would just be anothet sock-puppet dragon form. But maybe it isn't; it might just be an optical illusion, but I think I see at least parts of an actual body through the flames!

I really hope I am right about that

The Hollow -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/24/2025 14:37:23)

Thank you folks for all the fantastic input and ideas shared this week - the release is LIVE! We have implemented some changes to the Magic Fountain based on your feedback:

  • Healing is now passive and no longer requires clicking.
  • The fountain now restores HP, MP, and SP.

  • kreem -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/24/2025 15:48:41)

I don't know if the fountain building works if it is being attacked by a monster but since it would be much harder to use and it costs so much could staff make sure it works when it is attacked? Or perhaps make it not able to be attacked since it's a fountain.

GwenMay -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/24/2025 18:18:19)

The update to the Magic Fountain is excellent. This is a great quality of life tool for players with estates. Thank you to staff for always being so responsive to feedback!

NightofLight -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/24/2025 21:35:09)

I have some complaints with how the fountain was designed, first locking a quality of life feature behind ztokens is already kind of messed up and making it 5k ztokens when the other quality of life items like the stat trainers were only 1500 ztokens is a bit much I feel especially since the stat trainers eventually became a quality of life feature everyone had access to outside of some ease of use when untraining stats. I would rather this be a feature everyone has access to rather than a paid item but lowering the ztoken cost to 1500 would be a start.

ming shuen -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/25/2025 7:07:21)

Another Fire SC Lean armor? I’m a fan of the lean, but Fire is starting to feel a bit overcrowded in terms of SC Lean coverage.

That said, I really like the concept of weapons compressing armors and will definitely be picking up the Fury of Drakonnan. In fact, considering how many Dragon Head monsters AQ already has, maybe we could see more $50 packages that compress SC Lean armors in the future.

There are still several Dragon Heads from the 10th Anniversary event that haven’t been used in any package yet. Or perhaps some monsters, like Trigoras or Serlissa could have their artwork recycled to create even more $50 USD Z-Token packages. The animations already exist and just need to be rotated, making them ideal for lighter workload releases.

P.S. For Black Friday this year, could we consider using elements other than Fire or Darkness? Surely an ominous atmosphere can be achieved with other elements. If we must stick with tradition, please don't put SC lean on the fire set. Would support SC lean on the Darkness set though. Been yearning for a SC Darkness armour that isn't Necromancer or Brilhado

Bolter -> RE: Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/26/2025 3:31:09)

^The first head of the 10th Anniversary Quest which is the Undead Dragon head is the only one of the six left that still does not feature a weapon to transform into it, the rest of them already have weapons to enable you to transform into them.

Also, could we get the info subs of all the new items released so far, such as the Independence Day items, the Sharksteel Aegis and now this Fury of Drakonnan weapon and the armor form?

stuart -> RE: =AQ= Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/26/2025 4:45:52)

I may be missing something with this fountain update for estates, but i dont see any info on what the running costs are? Anyone have an idea?

Dreiko Shadrack -> RE: =AQ= Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/26/2025 8:42:50)

It produces energy, it has no upkeep.

stuart -> RE: =AQ= Claim Drakonnan's Might Inside (and Estate Update) (7/26/2025 9:51:00)

    Thanks for the info Dreiko.
