Book 1 Revisited: War at See
Hey there, heroes!

This week, we're revisiting the next section of Book 1's main story! Falconreach is under attack by an army of flying eyeballs, and it's up to you to find out who's behind them!

[image]https://cms.battleon.com/DF/images/2026-02-27-WarAtSeeDN.png[/image]

After your exciting beach vacation with Sir Ano and your dragon, upon your return to Falconreach, you discover the Guardians defending the town from an invasion of flying eyeballs! Who could be behind this latest attack on Falconreach?

The Ancient Eyedols quest and Irismancer boss fight have been combined into one big quest! Follow Jimmy the Eye to the temple, and find a way to confront the Irismancer, and maybe get some answers!

You can speak to Ash in Book 1 Falconreach and Relive Wars to experience the new War at See quest!

Also this week, we have a new cosmetic item available for purchase!

The Lightbringer Writ cape carries the bounties of your hunts on you wherever you go... For you bring the light and have nothing to hide! You can purchase the cape from the DC Cosmetics shop for 300 Dragon Coins.

Finally, the Fire War is no longer accessible from Yulgar in Bk1 Falcorneach until completion of the Dragesvard Ice Orb storyline.
There has also been a new engine update to add support of some new tricks.

And that's all for this week!

This was very well done! I liked the writing a lot, it felt very Book 1 and humor was fitting. Even having Jimmy here made it even better! I appreciate a lot of old and forgotten Book 1 quests and rewards are brought back. Great job. And art was fitting here too, it just makes the transition from Aika even more bizarre, compared to how modern it looks.
