Hey there, heroes!

This week, a new board and challenge have appeared at the Arena at the Edge of Time!

The Lessons Learned 2 board has appeared, and with it, its first challenge: Dragonslayers' Fury! Can you withstand the brotherly onslaught of Galanoth and Demento? Head over to the Inn at the Edge of Time to find out!

If you can defeat them both, you'll earn Galanoth's Dragonspear!

Head over to the Arena at the Edge of Time to take them on!

Also this week, a new seasonal cosmetic item is here!

The Dragonoid Slayer's Spear is now available for 400 Dragon Coins from the Distant Relics shop! Also, other May seasonal specials have returned, so check them out in the Book of Lore!

And that's all for this week!

The requisite "reworked class as an Inn Challenge", so I'm guessing Dragonslayer is finally getting its rework later this month.

This fight was pretty so-so mechanically, but I always like seeing legacy characters appear and it's fun hearing Demento's Dirge. Although I think the reward only increasing damage by 30% is a little dumb since DragonKnight is 40%, but I understand everyone not being able to throw 150 DC on a racial special.

Not every challenge has to supersede the last. And I'd rather trade that 40% anti-Dragon boost for the extra 10% Bonus up of the spear if it means being more precise. Especially for those itching to dare Inevitable Equilibrium without having to swap between Dragon Blade and DragonBlaser. And with modern combat arts, DragonKnight is pretty much vanity fair.

That's +10 Bonus, not 10%. It's a flat amount, and it's not especially much for the damage you're losing out on. And you don't swap between any of those weapons when doing IE, as you are perfectly comfortable just slotting either weapon as a special.
