Yo. Been ages since I last properly played, Now I have a question.

I realized I have a lot of pretty undergeared characters on my account, so i want to do something with them. And the first idea that came to mind is building each one as a master of a specific weapon type (Swords etc.) My main is already pretty much swords only, and I know Axes only is doable because I have another character who is an axemaster. But can you do the same with full on blunt weapons (maces, hammers etc.) or Gauntlets/fist-type weapons? I'm not sure, so I'd appreciate learning if it's possible or not, I can look up the weapons myself afterward.

I think you can cover all 8 elements with blunt weapons, but whether the individual weapon is any good is another question.

Fists are at the very least covered by the elemental fists from Yulgar's.

You can use the wiki to check out some weapons, the tags should be mostly accurate (can double check with any linked info subs). It's not going to have everything, though. Flipping through the melee section, it seems only energy doesn't have a blunt weapon listed, so you can probably make do with Mjollnir from the asgardian set, or the Energy Flail from Yulgar's but I'm unsure if these weapons are properly tagged as blunts if you're concerned about that.. Could also check the ggb section, it'll have stuff that's not listed in the guide, like surfboards which should all be clubs.

Of course you should also check if you have any rare weapons that are blunts/fists.

Alright, that works out then. I can just do research on more weapons and figure out how to build this.
(Also, since most of those undergeared characters are Adventurers, I don't mind too much if the weapons aren't fully up-to-date, as for example you mentioned with Mjolnir)

I kinda know where to go with the Gauntlets/Fists idea mainly because I have the first GGB release of Gauntlet of Xano, and I saw that the contest reward sets in Ballyhoo also have like 3 or 4 gauntlets. So I was mainly wondering if there's enough to fill out that section. But yeah I do have some other rares as well.
