Goddamn, looks like my team is slacking -.- Make a new canvas, 3x3, transparent background. Zoom into maximum range. Get your brush to 1px thickness and then make a diagonal line whichever way you want. Then, i think it's edit, pattern, define pattern, or something or other. All that matters is you find define pattern. And boom! You're Don Juan again. These are called scanlines by the way. EDIT: Ah i forgot, to add the lines: Make a new layer above all the others, Normal style Ctrl+a, fill, choose your pattern. Fiddle with the opacity to get desired effects/rub out what you don't like.
