DESCRIPTION
Everytime you equip the Cutter Staff, one of five random staff heads will appear, each with it's own damage bonus! These bonuses make the Cutter Staff one of the most dangerous weapons available.

Everytime you equip the Cutter Staff, one of five random staff heads will appear, with various bonuses applied based on the head. All the following bonuses apply to all normal Player attacks and weapon Specials.

Cleaver Head: The weapon deals 130% Random damage (for a total of 8-43 damage).

V-Shaped Head: The weapon gains +5 BTH, and deals 125% Random damage (for a total of 8-42 damage).
