Do you really consider yourself an EVIL Admin? Why, of course! Someone has to do the job around here!

Why not an Ebil Admin? What? And Let SMB win me over? Never! You HEAR ME! NEEEEEEVER!

What brought you to AQ? Actually a friend at school got me playing.

Why do you stay in AQ? Well if I left these forums would just be a MESS, not wouldn't they. ;) Plus I love my job.

What is your favourite part of Battleon (that is, the community here in the Forums, IRC, etc.)? Role-Playing. I have always been a fantasy addict, and when people come and RP with me, it really gets me enjoying what I do. The RP forums actually got me started in the forums in the first place.

What inspired you to accept a position of staff? I played AQ and loved it so much that I just wanted to do SOMETHING to help the game. And I was made a mod of the RP forums.

What do you do as Staff, if you don't mind revealing? I'm a general Admin. I look after general inquires from any moderators, plus I keep a general control on the organization of the forums. I also look after regular mod-jobs, like spams, etc, in the Community folders as much as possible-spending most of my time keeping the RP forums clean-with the help of the other RP mods. Plus I upload a lot of the avatars that are sent to me from Mods. I also burninate those who deserve to be. ;)

Do you like Pineapples? Freshly peeled and cut, straight from the fridge, on a hot summer day...mmmmmmm

What's your opinion on weapons? Like, no like? Is there a particular classification of weapon you like? For instance, I'm a fan of the Longspear. Well that depends. AQ-wise, I am weapon-less fan-since I am a Mage and all. RL-I like swords and staves. I have a katana sitting next to me at the moment, and I have a 6' Tapered Red Oak Staff in my kitchen.

Ya....about that. There's actually an entire story after that. The name Beleqwaya is Elven...since my friend and I were really into Elven relative items-I actually have an Elven dictionary on my computer. Anyways, we converted our names into Quenya and mine turned out to be Beleqwaya...or at least it did since I spelled it wrong.

See...it's pronounce "bell-a-gw-A-ya" and SHOULD be spelt : B-E-L-E-....G-U-E-A or something of that equivalent.

Yes...I'm saying I spelt my name wrong...now shush

Hmm... Questions.


First, let's get straight to the point... How does it feel to be a Mage capable of destroying Carnax in a single attack?
Ooooh...the power....it crackles from my fingertips....it is like a thousands of drops of sweet nectar from the Elemental Lords...each.

Furthermore, what's your favorite monster and/or pet (In game and out of game)?
I'm actually very partial to the Vorpal Zard. I loved fighting that thing-always a good battle. Pets...I never really know about. I like animals period. It'd be hard to choose one.

How does one pronounce Beleqwaya? Is it Bell-Eh-Kway-Ah? If you scroll up one or two posts, I just answered that for the questions about my name.

Do you have any in game contributions or are your purely Forum Staff? (For instance, several of the other forum centric staff have invented items and had them made, even without coding knowledge or artistic skill. We're talking design, art, coding, anything.)
Well I tried very hard to do some Flash animation, and am slowly getting better. I help contribute a bit of pet work, but nothing that has been added to the game. If I could just SHADE better, I could actually have some pets put in. :-p I also do a bit of script work OCCASIONALLY for things. We'll see how it goes. Though mostly, you people use up my time.

What did you do in your free time in the Before Time? Before AQ?
I had school...and stuff. I played on MUDs a LOT more. ShadowMUD especially.
Any Martial Arts, Swordsmanship, Secret Ninja Killing Skills?
No Martial Arts, though I plan to learn Kung Fu ASAP. Though I am learning a bit of staff stuff on my own.
I am a fencer, and have been for the last 8 yrs or so. Specifically the Sabre weapon is my prime choice, though I'm good at foil and epee.
And of course I do, but they wouldn't be secret if I told you. ;)
How old are you? Or if you're not comfortable with that question, how many decades have you been alive? (For instance, I am 19, so I would feel comfortable saying two decades, as the closest aproximation.) 18-I'm a young-in. ;)

Do you think Coronet will be mad at me for replying to your MtM thread when I forgot to reply to her's? I doubt it.

What's your favorite RP of all time from this board? Oh, definitly the first Mod RP, though I have no idea where it went to, it was so silly, it was ridiculous. That is, of course, assuming it was on this board and not the old one...though I think it was.

Well, that's all I can think of, so I'll sit back and let others ask questions.

 Hah! I have returned rather quickly with more questions, as you have intrigued me! And... burninated, to boot. Oh, joy, I'll have a double dosage, now that I think about it...

Firstly, you use a Mage in AQ, but what about in typical RPs? What do you usually RP as, if there's any norm, or do you always like to try something new each and every time?
I almost always RP as Beleqwaya. I don't really have a lot of characters, unless I am specifically trying to mix things up.
What would you consider your favourite spell, period? I'm asking from every source of magic you've seen, from AQ to RPs to books to video games to even self-crafted things. It'd be nice to give just a short sentence on what the spell is like, if it's not too much of an effort. ^-^;
I don't know...I usually just go with whatever I think of at the time...nono...wait...it's so a Hadoken via Black Mage
Do you do RPGs outside of the forums, like PnP RPGs? What about Free Form RPs?

When you dream about your future career what kind of setting do you picture yourself in (and of course let us know what your doing)? Well, I plan to do Marine Biology, so I picture myself in a Ocean-side lab, or out in a boat researching, or diving to collect speciments, etc.

Not really. I did a bit of chess now and then with the chess club, but was never part of it.

Fought to resolve an issue? AN issue? We fight-LITERALLY-for all issues. Makes much fun.

Not much to tell. I did a lot of work. I wanted to do more, have more responsiblility, and so the ever so amazing SMB made me a general admin since the forums were getting bigger and another was needed.

I do right now. ^_^
What would be the dream city in which you would like to visit? To live permanently?
My dream city isn't a city. I would love to live in a cabin in a forested mountain range next to the ocean. Booya!
As a Canadian, what kind of American sterotypes do you encounter? Do you bother correcting them? Are you someone who spreads them?
I'm very Canadian, eh. Yes, I do use "Eh", eh. I get the "Canada is a part of the US" and ocassionally the one about cold. Besides, its fun to mock you Americans for bad stereotypes, so I spread them as much as possible. ;)
