I highly doubt it. Falerin or Eldron would have already said something. Which means we're on the wrong track...

that would be assuming they looked. Also I can see a lack of them saing anything to mean we are on the right track just as much as not on it

Trying to work with the phrase "VW LCN" to create plausible two-word phrases and hopefully get part of the key. The most plausible ones so far are:

key/plaintext
VENOT = AS YOU
UYNOT = BY YOU
SINOT = DO YOU
PIYOR = GO NOW
PINYU = GO YET
OSECK = HE HAD
NEYOU = IS NOT
NENOT = IS YOU
NDECK = IT HAD
NDSOZ = IT TOO
BESOZ = US TOO

Do any of those 5-letter chunks look like they have something to do with the theme of repetition?

Yes.'Y' and 'I' have the same sound,yet are different letters.At your phrases Lkeas,N always are translated to 'Y' or 'I'.Perhaps thats the point of annoyance,repeat that Falerin said.

Ahh, it just doesn't seem to make grammatical sense. or have any real structure besides the end there.

Excuse me while I bang my head on the table for a while.

That should teach us that we shouldn't overlook anything, even if it seems just made to distract us. Well played.

And congratulations to those who solved it.

@Nickwright: If anything, it sounds to me like if it could do with one comma less: "Haven, a haven is not, for over it Lord Terror keeps mastery of his dominions".

YAY IT'S SOLVED!

I actually get IFYOUETTHISNEYOUEGOODREALLYGOODIFYOUGETTHISONEYOUREGOODREALLY as the key though; is has to repeat because of the deletions in the first section:

Heh, I wonder what the grammar oddities stand for.
They are surely not unintentional...

_______  _______   _______   _______   _______  _______
     1             2              3             4              5            6

Now what am I supposed to do with this? This was just sent from Valkan, and the headquarters of this mysterious WarpForce, I suspect it's important since they encoded it. I just wish they'd pick a code and stick with it. I don't know who ordered this operation but I'd sure like a world with them!

Worse the paper is torn!

Just an important question... are we working on the premise of Bidmas here? So the rules of maths of steps.

1. Brackets
2. Indices
3. Division
4. Multiplication.
5. Addition
6. Subtraction

Well with the first question, the answer can be two possibilities until we know if Bidmas is in order here.

spoiler:

1.
a. 49162881
b. 3.416523916 x 10^12

Assuming normal maths...:

1:49241185

2:1986

3:23815

4:?

5:?

6:?

I confirm 2 and 3 but in 1 the parentheses do not match!...

edit:
assuming that the first closing ) is a duplicate, the result is 49162881

The first one is generally unclear with the brackets in odd positions which don't make sense. But with the second it should be pretty straightforward. Just so people know what we are doing.

Question 2
1. Square Root of 121 = 11
2. 11 x 2^2 = 44
3. 44^2 = 1936
4. 5^2 = 25
5. 25 x 2 = 50
6. 50 + 1936 = 1986

Question 3
1. Square root of 9 = 3
2. 3^3 = 27
3. 4+2 = 6
4. 6x5 = 30
5. 30^2 = 900
6. 97x5 = 485
7i. (27x900) - 485 = 23815
7ii. 27 x (900 - 485) = 11205

I assume there is a typo anyways in the first one.

The first part after doing several simple steps, you get to
2SQRT({2[35)^4 + 145] ×  16 + 1138241}^2)/2

Im no maths genius but I am pretty sure you can't have brackets in random places. The one after 35 doesn't fit.

Yup I guess this one is only a duplication )) instead of )

And we may reduce the 2 at the beginning with the /2 at the end.

SQRT({2[35^4 + 145] × 16 + 1138241}^2)

And squaring with rooting:

2[35^4 + 145] × 16 + 1138241

I guess it is mathematics.. to some extend.
We have square roots and the results are still integers.

There ain't any square roots...

the x2 and /2 cancels out

the sqrt and square also cancels out...

Brackets and braces and parens all need to be matched. That's not matched at all!

Huh? That's strange. The document is changed now.
