 Only the staff can confirm that, I myself have no idea. If they're considered Seasonal Rares, then yes, but if they're presents like the ones in AQ, then no.

I would assume that the Cybersuit caused interference with the scan, and prevented Doc Crader from being detected.

What I'd recommend is that you consolidate your statpoints to two or three stats and that way get a stronger build. Your inventory looks good but concidering you take your stat damage from STR I'd say it's on the low side.

Pets depends on if you're going BM or not. If not I suggest you only use two: the BA51C pet for light and the Cosmoslug pet for darkness, that's the only two I use. I have the BA51C as default and on the rare occation that I meet a Fusian or other monster whos light resistant I switch to the Cosmoslug.

is there a good cosmo slug at my lvl
well most pets are weak but if those are the only good ones i'll get it

and yes i am going BM

There is a lvl 40 slug, but the ones I've recommended are non-BM pets.

If you're going BM I'd suggest:
Fire: There is none, use CyBear guest
Water: Quick Baby Dunc
Ice: F10A7 Model 2 since there's no single element ice pet but it's non BM
Wind: Keep what you've got
Earth: Keep what you've got
Energy: cl166 Bot
Light: Keep what you've got since there's no BM light pet
Darkness: Keep what you've got

if wind is good i have everything

i found a betther water pet
cosmo slug seems betther

About the slug, while it seems to have better B/R damage there's no info on stat damage and that's why I recommended you to keep the Skitter. Usually BM pets have better stat damage than non-BMs and that might compensate for the slightly lower B/R damage. Same is with the Warp Outlandish Flowering Findle which is the one I suspect you found as better water pet. While it does have higher B/R damage the average stat damage is lower

 Yup, it'll be faster since you don't have to waste time to heal, but it'll be a *lot* more challenging (4 monsters in a row).
