im gonna ask sumthing.. is it safe to upgrade using master account system?
i live at malaysia and the only way to upgrade is by a credit card which i dont have 1 but
when i see the page it said that i can upgrade my master account with battleon points by only using my phone
and i tried to upgrade the master account with 500 points and it works..
i still dont have enough point to upgrade but will there be any problem or my upgrade will
be normal like other ways?.. just want to make sure..

 The points you purchase for the Master Account can be used for any game you have linked to it.

Will there be smaller packages available at a later date?

For example, in AQW you can use 1000 points to get 1000 AC's, which can be done using SMS.

I want to buy 1000 Dragoncoins in Dragonfable. i have the money and everything, but the smallest package is 2000 Dragoncoins for 2000 points. which i can't afford right now, and i only want to buy 1000, not 2000.



EDIT: yes, we will add some 1000 and maybe 500 coin packages soon.

I have just confirmed if you upgrade useing battleon points you wont be able to recover your account unless you send them a email.

If you try useing that page to get your password when you upgraded with battleon points there is no button for if you had a master account i have tried all of the possible ways plus the upgrade methods with my transaction id none work. I have even been copying and pasteing my account information straight from my email and checked to make sure user names was right?

I spent forever getting a pre paid master gift card thinking i could use it to upgrade my account, but i cant so now i need a way to use it so i can upgrade my account some other way. .........

Has anyone been able to level up on the master account? I am still level 1 with 0/100 exp. Please help and tell if I can level up this. Thanks.

 No one has been able to level up, the feature is not yet in place. We should get notified by Staff when it is working.

 It's maybe a good idea that when you are changing pass or email in any game it should be confirmed in master account. And you should choose a email to your master account that can't be changed, so when you forget your pass you can send a mail with your pass.

 We've decided that the points will expire 2 years after purchase.
That's still a long time, but for some accounting/legal/business reason, they can't last forever.

We'll be updating the master site soon to mention the expiration timer.

 Captain, what if you had 2000 points that would expire in 2 days, then you bought 1000 more points. Will these 2000 points get renewed, or they will expire?

I think this is an excellent idea. Shame my AQ account was hacked awhile back. Would of loved to linked it into a master account along with my DF/MQ accounts.

You can't obtain them yet, but once the feature is added, you'll be able to get them from doing tasks in the AE games (for example, DF and AQW have a book that shows all in-game achievements you have, and the ones you don't have).
