    Third hit has a chance to deal damage to EP equal to the HP damage

    Second Hit has a chance to inflict a 1.5x EP DoT

    SC on NG model: General Damage Boost is 25 instead, 35 against Shadowscythe

    Description: Cast your evil spell upon the enemy with a dark glare, causing their accuracy to drop! SC Exclusive: This spell will also increase your damage, with an extra bonus against Shadowscythe enemies!
