I want to make sure a few things are understood.

Yes balance changes are coming.
No this doesn't mean Tactical Mercenary will be weaker than everything.
No this doesn't mean everything will be perfectly balanced. (though it should be more balanced)

He is non varium. He is doing really really great in the Fryseland War. He is saving ALL his gems and ALL his drop bombs.
I think he should get an achievement, just for being the hardest working Non Varium in the war so far.
Shame he fights for Legion. lol Only kidding.
