lol this is why str builds are balanced now, u gamble about 99.99% of the time and u either win or fail miserably, use a different build, enuf said

I don't get why people complain about BHs blocking. I have 42 Dexterity at level 25, and I fight Dexterity BHs quite a bit. I block more than them, and I'm a non-varium Mercenary. Just have averagely high defense and use unblockables (Not just skills, but also Auxiliary and Sidearm). I very rarely get Blocked or Deflected using my build (You should also have 30-40 Support).
