Here is the banner I made in less than 30 secs...

Oh yeah, don't make us do AE game character sigs...they don't fit in a graphic art piece very well...

If ya want a request form that badly, just use this:

Render:
Size (Width x Height in pixels):
Other Details:

Other wise, just tell us what ya want.

We pick the worker you do unless specified. Either way, it will be just as good, so just request!

Yes, it is. Just look at the one example. I was too lazy to put up more and I don't feel like doing anything fancy...I'll make you a sig right quick if you request...just tell me the info...

Here's a thought...
Change the name to something like Just Request...Shop[Anything and Everything]
Also, as Kris pointed out, you need a Request template...

One like:

Request:
Render:
Render Placement:
Text:
Text Font [Dafont.com or other]:
Text Color:
Background:

Or something like that...just to show that this is ACTUALLY a shop and not a request to make something...

Not to be mean or anything, but with that attitude, I don't see why anyone would want to request from this shop.
But on the flip side, you're signature making skills are pretty good, so that might draw people here.

EDIT: I'll do normal AEF sig limits, but if you want a version for another forum or somethin', I can go all out ^^. Cuz file size here doesnt' allow much high quality xP

Soul Wing, I sorta do my own style, and the other guys kinda forced me to use a form, but I thought another font looked better.
