im a str build bounty and block rate is to high i get block every other strike, who agrees

Guess what buddy. You got your facts wrong.

Bounty Hunters have the ABSOLUTE highest chance of blocking. They have crazy dexterity most of the time, and then Shadow Arts 10%. So guess what? The RNG hates you. Too bad.

The RNG is uncontrolled in this game. Deal with it. Suck it up. You can always quit.

I am not a pessimist, you just got your facts wrong. No one will agree.

Ontopic: Kind of ironic that a BH is complaining of getting blocked ..
Try being a STR merc, then we can "complain" about blocks.

From what remember, base block % used to be 10% and now 4%. I'm finding little to none problems about blocking(personally) as much as I did before.

i think block rate should be at a manaegable 30%

up your dex is you want to be blocked less. str builds get blocked beacuse the lack of dex, thats why fay and dax's str build work so well. near 100 dex and str with e bot to debuff any smoke. plus there smoke which make the block ratio to favor them selfs.

Balance your dex and str out if you want "less blocks" then.

my str build ran, 93 health, 69 dex, 124 str. max cheap, 7 smoke, 6 lust. blocks still hurt, but the hits and speed make up for it

He's a strngth bounty so that means his dex prob sucks, even so I'm not a strngth bounty and i don't use shadow arts and i still get more blocks (mostly on SA people), 10% isn't as effective if i have 20 to 30 dex more, so i disagree

block is the most painful part of fights but I still find it funny when I smoke a str merc, block his berzerker and he still cries.
I bet they dont cry when they stun first turn and finish with berzerker in a stupid amount of fights. block is their weakness.

as for bounty hunters complaining about it.......only if ur not using shadowarts do you have the right hehe

Obviously your STR build fails if your a STR bounty complaing about blocks.
