I had a fight with a strenght mercenary and he was still able to pull off a stun and kill me using berserker his next turn. Also, skills like berserker and double strike have been buffed since they remain unchanged by the encumbrance system, while basic attacks have. These skills have increased in their value making them even more OP'd. They problem at hand wasn't all the classes but rather the strenght mercenary build. I though that adding an extra warm-up to berserker or maul would have been enough to please the staff but I guess my idea wasn't thrown out there enough. Do you see a change in balance in this game? And if you do, which side has the scales of balance shift to? Unbalance or Balanced?

im a str merc and i have to say i had to change my build -.- so its definately nerfed my build by over 10 damage! (str damage). Dont nerf bserker mercs have been nerfed the most we have been nerfed 3 or 4 times! Also who are u in game?

Yea same here, when i logged on i had to drop my hp and add more str just to make up some of the difference.

So your saying that I have no rights to attempt to balance a game I've supported for over a year? Also, you do realize that 2-turn kills are frowned upon in this game right? I wasn't even given a choice as to whether or not I wanted to defense or go offensive. By the way, who's says I haven't been complaining all over this forum? Yes, it is a game and I'm entitled to express my concerns and opinions.

@The strength mercenaries changing their stats, you've already been able to adapt to this balance update. This definitely means something is wrong.

tbh str mercs are easier but they stun way too much

I have noticed people hit Criticals alot more and Block when they shouldnt.

I made a 4-Focus build today, which had 125 HP. It is VERY effective against STR mercs. Some even went first AND stunned, but I still won, without any blocks.

@8rlx0, I expect a fair match, not matches that are decided whether or not you are stunned.

@Competition, your a mercenary so I'm sure that you have enabled hybrid armor and quite possibly have intimidate within your build.

Mercs still Strong but they become Slower when they didnt do Stun+Zerker combo

Before they kill oponent in 2-3 turns now it takes 4-5 turns to kill , that makes huge difference finaly i can race with the :D

I can still be 2-hitted by Mercs that use a physical club because my defense is only 23 - 28 because of the new update. Most of them aren't a problem, as hardly any use physical clubs.

I'm going to have to support He Who Lurks on this one. The 1-2 combo has been a real problem, and there isn't much you can do to counter it if you only get one turn...if that. So basically, they took away heal looping because it was making matches too long to basically support a 2 turn match? That's how I see it. Nothing really EPIC about that if you ask me.

Sigh....You people are never pleased, its pretty easy to tell that this Nerf Update hurt Merc's the most. We Lost the advantage in Tech Merc build and Str Merc build. If you think another Class was hurt more then Merc, by all means help me understand how because last time i checked Tech and Str Merc was about 90% of the 1v1 Merc population.

I saw some str mercs today and just looking at their low dex made me laugh... This update was big nerf for them.

Just an objective point of view.
Max hybrid armor used to be worth 39 dex points in terms of defence.
Now its worth 52. So in mathematical term you could say mercs got 13 free dex points in this update.
Good nerf.

The next solution to the problem take away ignoring defense/resistance or reduce it to .5% since if your dex and tech is above base 50 it is like having no defense and resistance. Support and tech mercs are still a problem. Some found a loophole so they put the base down to 50 and put all enhancements towards that stat and that is not what Titan wanted. Players are asking players stop abusing stats in one form or another, you already at 32 or 33 no need for that behavior anymore, if you don't then only solution is to make further changes, do they have to mess with the enhancements next, limiting to how many enhancements you could add to each stat.

stun drops your bonus defence add in a zerker from a merc even without STR spam it still takes a nice chunk from your HP just the nature of that build srry dude

only problem is its defense not dex.
altho i did have an idea of being able to turn hybrid into a dex shield where it gave u enough dex (52 im guessing) to protect u from 13 defense.

altho seriously guys really?
u begged the devs to nerf the strength mercs now that we are nerfed u want them nerfed even more?
if u dont have the brains to make a build that can beat strength mercs or put in any effort into finding one then u shouldn't be complaining about it. this is pathetic how u ask to nerf a build one after the other just because u cant find a build to beat a str merc.
i found my build, and it works great.
so far i only got stunned ONCE since last release by a strength merc and even when he stunned and zerkered me i came back and won the match anyway.
quit the QQing and make urself a better build, and if u cant do that dont come complain.
